Placing Your Order

Once you have selected your items and proceed to checkout, you can pay for your order by credit or debit card, through PayPal or by mailing in your payment (e.g. cheque or postal order). If you choose to mail in your payment your order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order. Once your order is received, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming payment and delivery. Throughout the process you may receive additional emails confirming your order status.

If your order contains items that are out of stock, we will notify you of this with an approximate waiting time. You are able to cancel your order at any time until despatched. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.

Your goods will be despatched in good time so long as the items are in stock and depending upon the shipping service selected should be with you 1-4 days from despatch. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery and please note that estimated shipping times are from date of despatch not from the placement of the order.
